We charge commission at 20% (+VAT) of the nightly rate after any platform fees.
Guests pay a cleaning fee per stay which covers cleaning and linen costs, unlike many others agencies we do not take a commission of this.
We do not charge for call-outs and there are no standing or minimum charges so if you don’t make any money nor do we.
There is a one-off signup fee of £149 (inc. VAT) which includes the supply any installation of a lock box, full listing build, and professional photography.
