Come and stay at this stylish and modern family home in the heart of the Pearl of Dorset.

The spacious home also features a ‘Dart’s Den’ in the garden, ideal for when the weather is against you or you just need that extra space to spread out and keep the family entertained.

This place is just a 5-minute walk from Lyme Regis beach front and 10 minutes from Monmouth Beach which is a favourite with fossil hunters! Also, minutes from the historic Lyme Regis Harbour and Cobb Wall.

You will enter the house on the ground floor into a lovely, bright, open-plan living space and well-equipped kitchen with a large central island and dining table with 6 chairs. The layout creates a great social space.
The living area offers two sofas along with an armchair and there is a selection of board games along with a Smart TV with freeview. The property benefits from full fibre broadband with speeds up to 72MB (WiFi throughout).

Through the kitchen there is a small step up into the utility area and ‘coffee station’ complete with Nespresso coffee machine to get you going for a day out exploring the Jurassic Coast! The utility area has a washing machine and tumble dryer along with a microwave, more cupboard space and a second kitchen sink. There is also a downstairs WC.

Beyond the utility room is the extensive rear garden with a paved seating area ideal for BBQ’s, an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, and a pair of sun loungers in the Spring/Summer months. You will also find an outdoor tap for for rinsing off any sand brought back from the beach!

Also in the garden is our ‘Darts Den’ and chill out zone – a warm and inviting versatile space away from the main house. It gives a little bit of extra space to spread out if the weather isn’t kind and you want to stay closer to home but also a nice addition to an evening in the garden with a BBQ in the better weather. The den has a self-operating heater, so it is usable all year round, with doors and views out into the garden. The Darts Den is a great space for adults and older children alike – please don’t let younger children use the darts for obvious reasons!

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms with a twin room at the back overlooking the garden next to a the double room which has hanging space and a chest of drawers.

The large master bedroom is at the front of the house with a king size bed and an en suite WC. This room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a small coffee table with 2 chairs. From the side of the bay window in this room is a lovely view of the coastline to the east.

The upstairs bathroom includes a shower and a large heated towel rail along with a toilet and wash basin. In 2024, in an effort to reduce plastic waste, we have switched away from individual single-use toiletries to refillable pump dispensers. We provide Geneva Green Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.

This detached house is on a quiet residential, no-through road.
Two vehicles can be parked on the private drive – parking should be undertaken with great care as the road is very narrow – we find it best to drive past the house and then reverse onto the drive.
There is a play park just a 2-minute walk away and it is a very short walk to the seafront and town centre to explore the many independent shops, pubs, and eateries.
The SW coast path is within easy reach as is the main coastal bus route and the A35 for those wishing to venture along the Jurassic coast or into East Devon.

Standard check-in time is 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am.

A travel cot and high-chair are available within the property but please note that there are no stair gates.

There is an additional fee of £50-£100 for keys being lost or damaged.

  • EV charging is not permitted. (Rapid public EV chargers are available 200m away at Charmouth Road car park).
  • Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.
  • Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated.
  • Keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am.
  • This is your home away from home, please care for it as such.
  • Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property.
